Is this a pre-recorded Shopify admin training session?

No, I run all sessions personally and they are on a 1 to 1 or group basis. This can through an online call or in-person depending on your requirements.

Can you do group Shopify admin training?

Yes. This is possible for larger teams but this tends not to work so well online. So this may need to be done in-person.

What can I get from the Shopify admin training?

It’s an open session so you are free to ask whatever questions you have. Most clients will write down a list of material to cover beforehand. I prefer this method as it caters for all skill levels. If you would prefer a more structured approach then this can be arranged.

Why not just watch Shopify admin tutorials on YouTube?

Shopify are always changing the admin panel and those types of videos date very quickly. I can tell you this first hand as someone who has made them in the past and worked with Shopify stores for many years.

Can we make Shopify theme amendments during the session?

Within reason, this is not a development session. Making changes in a short space of time and not testing them thoroughly could cause issues with your store.

How long is Shopify admin training?

I find 2 hours is the sweet spot for this kind of training. Any less can be too short and any longer can be a bit overwhelming. You are free to schedule as many or as little session as you wish.

How much does Shopify admin training cost?

I charge a flat rate of £99+VAT for the 2 hour session and that is done remotely through Zoom. Payment is made upfront and is non-refundable, although I do allow for one cancellation to reschedule. If you want in-person Shopify training then I charge additional travel expenses.

Can I record the Shopify admin training session?

Yes. You are free to record the session. It may be a bit long-winded to watch back though. In the session, we can be sure to run through important material and get it documented for you.

What do I need to provide for a Shopify admin training session?

You need to have Google Meet or Zoom installed on your computer with the correct permissions set up for screen sharing and recording etc. You can provide me with a staff account for your store but this is down to your discretion on who leads the screen share.
